Shipping Policy

We ship eBikes and eBike parts worldwide from our warehouse. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes

EU countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, UK and more): eBikes are shipped by sea or by train to the EU, then delivered to your door by UPS. Delivery normally takes about 45-60 days.

USA: eBikes are shipped by sea in a container to the USA, then delivered to your door by truck. Delivery normally takes about 45-50 days.

Small parts and accessories are shipped by express courier; delivery times vary by destination.

Duties and Taxes

Orders to EU countries and the USA are shipped duty free, as advertised on eligible products. For other destinations, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Damage or Loss

Please inspect your package on delivery. If the item is damaged in transit or lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
